Zavet

The house was built in 1937. The total land comprises of 2000 sq metres, of which 1000 sq metres have been  planted with Lucerne, and the other 1000 sq metres are where the actual house and the yard are. The base of the house is made of stone, the ceilings-trimmer joists, only the ceiling on the ground floor has a concrete slab.

The kitchen is 3.5 by 3.5 metres and a wet room 1.5 by 3.5 metres on the ground floor. There are 3 rooms on the second floor 3.5 by 3.5 metres each, a closet 1.5 by 3.5 metres, a glazed balcony 4 by 3 metres.

The house has been furnished and ready for living in.

There isn’t main drainage ( which is something common in the villages and in some smaller towns ), but there are two septic tanks – one of them services the house and the other one - the farm buildings.

There is also a cellar, farm buildings – barn, granary, hayloft, hen-house; fruit trees-pears, quinces, peaches, apples, morello cherries, walnuts, mulberries . There is an underground river at 12 metres in depth, but there isn’t a well. The street next to the house is asphalted.

Zavet is situated 70 km away from Rousse, 35 km away from Razgrad, on the Rousse-Dobrich road. 10 km away from Razgrad is situated the ‘Voden’ hunting reserve , also 10 km away is the Turkish sanctuary “Demi Baba Teke”, 15 km away – Sveshtare.
